Simon heads up Specialist Letting. He has worked in London and Oxford, letting and managing residential property investments since 1986. As well as operating at board level he has overseen offices, led a team of property investment managers managing over 3,000 properties, written training manuals, created the first dedicated student office in the UK. You get the picture: he's a residential property investment manager with huge experience. In his spare time he likes sailing and skiing!

Tabitha is the Property Manager at Specialist Letting. She has worked in property management in Oxfordshire since 2018 and is qualified to Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management. Tabitha is also a Propertymark Accredited Inventory Provider.

In her free time she loves to sew!
